DIRECTORS

Matthew Rymer Managing Director
Matthew has accrued considerable marketing experience and expertise over nearly a 20 year career in marketing. His achievements range from marketing 500,000 dance compilations, launching DJ careers and devising TV formats to rebranding the National Farmers Union! Prior to launching The Marketing Farm in 2007, he operated his own consultancy to help smaller businesses grow. A remarkable proportion of these have since grown to flotation or sale stage, or continue to flourish as TMF clients.

Dragos Perca Software Director
Dragos has worked with Matthew since his first visit to the UK in 2004. In 2009 he became a Director of TMF. He leads a growing team of cherry picked world-class professionals who are passionate about their work and excited about building a great business. He has extensive experience in software programming (PHP, ASP, .NET), advanced web design (CSS, Flash) and database management (MySql, Sql Server, Oracle). He has directed some major software successes for TMF, most recently the world’s first automated escrow trading platform and a unique realtime billing system.

Thea Foote Account Manager
Thea gained experience at London practices before relocating to Cheltenham to join TMF last year, enthused by our passion for achieving client success and continued organic growth. She has grown to prove a dynamic account manager, building close relationships with key clients.

Michael Milner Senior Designer
We consider design direction so critical, recruiting Mick was the culmination of an intensive recruitment process. In Mick we discovered an exceptional designer! He has over 20 years of experience, originally specialising in tourism and museum display. Since then, he has worked for design and marketing companies across a wide range of products, from large brochure production to direct mail campaigns.

Xenia Slosarcikova Online Marketeer
In March 2010 Xenia joined our team as our dedicated SEO staff. With an MA in Marketing Communications and multinational experience in various online marketing roles she is highly qualified to help clients increase online traffic.

BUCHAREST OFFICE

Vlad Bobu Senior Programmer
Experience in maintaining and expanding software systems such as CMS, statistics reporting/logging systems, and client reporting tools. Linux server administration and programming experience including but not limited to PHP, MySql, Javascript / AJAX, CSS, XML.

Marian Perca Website Programmer
Three years experience in software development and testing projects. Good knowledge in programming languages such as PHP, XML, HTML. Excellent visual design sensibilities and proven ability to design a polished, engaging look and feel for web sites and applications.

Emanuel Polak Senior Programmer
A webdeveloper with strong communication skills and a thorough working knowledge of web programming and database functionality. Proficient in PHP, MySQL, xHTML/CSS, Javascript/jQuery, XML, RSS, jSON, Actionscript, Dreamweaver, photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, Corel Draw

Roxanna Perca Online Specialist
With three years experience in International Business and two year in Applied Philosophy and Cultural Management, Roxana has the social skills, critical analysis, introspection and collaborative tools needed to increase the connection between people and our websites.
